A tool trailer for the Club’s ramp crew was recently dedicated in memory of late New Bern Civitan member Carmine Buscemi, who passed away in 2020. Donations from his family and friends after his passing made it possible to purchase this trailer which facilitates building ramps for those in need by the Club’s renowned Ramp Crew. Carmine was an active member of this crew.
Carmine’s wife, Eileen, is also a member of the Club and she is pictured here in front of the trailer, Carmine’s Caboose. She stated, “He would have been so thrilled to see this.” Carmine always strived to help others, so this is a fitting tribute to his memory.
