The New Bern Civitan Club held a successful fundraiser on May 28th – a BBQ Rib Sale at Piggly Wiggly. One hundred sixty (160) racks of BBQ ribs were sold with profits from this sale going toward the Club’s Charitable Budget. In addition, ten racks of ribs were donated to the Religious Community Services of New Bern’s shelter along with ten pounds of baked potatoes and dessert.
The next NBCC BBQ Rib Fundraiser will be on the Saturday of Labor Day.
